A beautiful and heartbreaking romance!
*** Note ***
Due to mature subject matter (abuses & sex), this book is not suitable for those under 18.
As Harvey and I crouched behind the lilac bushes in front of the old decaying house, a stiff breeze burst upon us, stirring a batch of dead leaves around my knees and freezing the fuck out of my arms.
Love doesn't start with kissing or sex, it starts with feelings.
I was a little surprise with how this book started out. With all the visions and the glimpses it seemed a bit freaky to me. However, when the story finally began, everything started to make perfect sense and I was completely in love with both the characters and the storyline.
Both Eva and Pick were amazing characters. Eva turned out to be really kind and I loved that she was super strong even when her life was in a complete disaster. Pick was super sweet and extremely hot. Like all the boys in the series, Pick was a charmer.
The writing was flowing and I loved how the story progressed. However, there were some minor typos which were annoying, but not too much that they ruined the whole book.
In short, I enjoyed reading this book a lot and I can't wait to read more book by this author. This is a nice choice for those who are looking for a sweet romance and don't mind reading a book about abuse much.
